The website stated my size tire was in stock but it was not. What good is it when your information is inaccurate? Went next door to NTB where the customer service was excellent and they had my tires. I recommend doing that instead.

I'm done with discount tires. I bought some expensive run-flat tires. These tires, even if they get a flat, you can still drive the car to a repair shop. This was less than a year ago. Today I went to claim my free repair warranty, and lately, going to Discount Tires has become stressful. I always end up paying hundreds of dollars. This time was different. To be brief, they told me I had to replace three tires. They used a small scanner to check their condition. They do this to impress customers, because tires have small marks that indicate when they're worn and need replacing. Then they add "driver safety" to the mix, constantly manipulating and pressing the tires. I said, "No, thank you, I only came to get my tire repaired." I bought them at the Plano branch, and they told me that this type of tire has a softer compound and that once they get a puncture, it's best to replace them. This is completely different from what they told me when I bought them. They sold them to me as something amazing. Now they wanted to show me the tires even though I said no. Now I see their sales tactic, and I don't like it. I decided not to wait the two and a half hours and refused to buy them. I ha

I sent my son to what I believed to be a reputable company to have his alignment checked. Upon his arrival at the shop in the colony, he was greeted by one of the workers who inquired about the alignment. He was treated very rudely, not given any options, and was told that they could not assist him. When he asked when he could return to have the service performed, the response was that they did not have the time. (It was not that day, not tomorrow, not ever?) My 18-year-old son stated that he had never been treated so poorly and rudely. In today’s era, customer service and customer reviews are of utmost importance. People should not be treated rudely and sent away simply because they are young and lack the necessary skills to handle customer interactions in this industry. I wonder how many customers lose business daily due to poorly trained employees who disrespect customers. In a previous encounter at another location in McKinney East, I drove 40 minutes for nothing. I was looking for a specific set of tires. Upon my arrival, I was informed that they had the tires in stock. However, they had a promise for someone else and could not have them ready in a few days. I came in this morning to get my tires rotated and balanced. They opened 10 minutes early. Thank you discount for great customer service and for opening up a little early than posted time to take care of your customers.

Had a great experience at Discount Tire. Making an appointment was quick and easy, and when I arrived they even had a welcome sign ready for me which was a nice touch.
